Absolutely not. Each and every dare or scenario in The Playbook has the option to skip, meaning if anything at all makes you uncomfortable, you can simply skip to the next turn. In addition, all of the dares and scenarios are only shown to the player that drew the card, meaning your partner won't see the dare you were tasked with and chose to skip. (Note, these dares are fun - you probably won't ever think of skipping them, but you can play with the comfort of knowing that if you ever want to skip a dare, it's completely fine to do so.)
